About this roleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, as well as the ability to create engaging content and analyze performance metrics.
What you will doDevelop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand awareness and engagement across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to maintain a consistent brand voice and message.
Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and implement best practices to ensure optimal performance. Including trends in web3 and Tech.
Analyze key metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.
Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive communication and branding strategies.
Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to support marketing initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and competitor strategies.
QualificationsProven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.
Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Experience with social media management tools.
Excellent multitasking skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with an eye for design and a knack for storytelling.
Strong experience and understanding of Web3 & Blockchain.
